My name is Nicola Bird and I have implemented many of the concepts introduced by Andrea J Lee’s Multiple Streams of Coaching Income in my own business, and coached other small business owners to do the same. I am delighted that Andrea has agreed to support the Making It Happen coaching companion to the book.

    • More Than Your Time: in this session we explore the shift in mindset from coaching one-on-one to coaching many.
    • X + Y + Z = Magic: here we help you to think through your niche, their problems, and the formats you might use to help solve these
    • Your Ice-Cream Journey: in this session you create your own product funnels and start to put the principles of the Multiple Streams business model into practice
    • The Money Game: this session takes your Ice-Cream Journey and helps you see how this business model will allow you to reach your financial targets far more easily than providing just your one-on-one services
    • Next Revenue Stream: this is where the hard work begins! You’ll be deciding which your next revenue stream will be, creating a timeline for getting it up and running, and being held accountable by me for making it happen
    • Marketing Online: it’s no good creating a Mulitple Streams product or service if you can’t sell it. You can work through this session while you are developing your product or service.
  • Three months to work through the sessions at your own pace. You might want to spend more time on certain sessions than others, and that’s totally up to you, however we recommend that you complete each session in order. After all, there’s no point jumping in and developing a product with no idea as to who is going to buy it or why!
  • I will keep a check on your progress and provide an online coaching response from me every 2 weeks, coaching you on the responses you have entered, and holding you accountable for achieving the goals you commit to.
  • Each month there will also be a Q&A tele-seminar where you can ask me anything you like, and gain support and feedback on your ideas from other coaches also working through the Making It Happen program.

duncan050707I have set a goal of increasing my income from passive sources this year and was on the look out for some support to take it from an idea to something tangible. The Multiple Streams of Income Coaching programme seemed to fit the bill perfectly and once I discovered it was based around the excellent book by Andrea Lee, I decided to give it a try.

What I really liked about the programme was that there was a clearly defined start and end point; there was an opportunity to connect with a small group who were also participating in the programme and I was able to fit completion of the programme around my schedule rather than being tied to a call at a fixed time. There was also a nice blend of both coaching and mentoring and the added benefit of access to the More Than Your Time  members area.

As a result of the programme I have launched a new product called the Career Accelerator Self Coaching Workbook and am well on my way to setting up my own Online Management Coaching and Mentoring Programme.
